Skye von Silzen is a gorgeous, 2-3 year old Shepherd mix. She is a playful, bubbly, ball of white fluff who loves all people — often gently burying her face into your side for snuggles. Skye is a medium-energy girl, who is happy to snooze at your feet (on a comfy bed, of course) all day while her foster mom works. She enjoys her daily walks where she impressively stays right by your side, looking up at you for guidance. She loves being a co-pilot in the car on trips around town – dozing off on her bed, and accompanying her foster to Pilates classes where she is quickly becoming the class mascot.  With proper handling, Skye can do well around other dogs who are mindful of her space. However, we are looking to place Skye in a home where she can be the only dog. That said, she is very submissive to her multiple feline roommates – so cat people, come get your girl! Skye is housebroken and crate trained (she snoozes happily in her crate in the living room all night, often sleeping in longer than her humans!). She responds exceptionally well to training – she is very quick to learn and LOVES treats. This smarty’s ideal home would be with someone who is willing to provide a good routine and continued training to help her reach her full genius potential.
